This course aims to gain a better understanding of competition policy. To that end, we will learn about antitrust law, which represents economic law, using treatises and legal cases. I would like to consult with the students and decide on areas to study in detail (antitrust law regulates monopolies, unfair trade restrictions, unfair trading practices, M & A, etc.).
The competition policies of each country influence each other. Therefore, if necessary, we may study competition law of other countries such as the United States, EU, China and South Korea.

The purpose of this course is for studens to understand the problems and policy issues related to Local Public Finance, and to be able to analyze, consider, and make proposals for decentralised society and intergovernmental fiscal relations from a historical and institutional perspective. This class, based on the academic foundations, considers regional public policies from the perspective of both the public and the private sectors for understanding the present problems the regions face. First of all, the representative theories and ideas regarding the basic flows of policy process and the central actors there will be introduced, and subsequently, how such factors are related with each other and what a carrelation is made will be examined through the research about the actual concrete cases.
