To that end, we will learn about antitrust law, which represents economic law, using treatises and legal cases. I would like to consult with the students and decide on areas to study in detail (antitrust law regulates monopolies, unfair trade restrictions, unfair trading practices, M &#038; A, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>The competition policies of each country influence each other. Therefore, if necessary, we may study competition law of other countries such as the United States, EU, China and South Korea.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"name_box\">\n<h4>Regional Statistical Analysis<span><a href=\"https:\/\/hue2.jm.hirosaki-u.ac.jp\/html\/200000779_en.html\" target=\"_blank\">Hanada, Shinichi<\/a><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>In this lecture, we will consider the statistical methods necessary to analyze and evaluate the environment of the region. We focus on the official statistics, and learn the statistical methods using the aggregated data.\n    <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"name_box\">\n<h4>Local Social psychology of interpersonal relationships<span><a href=\"https:\/\/hue2.jm.hirosaki-u.ac.jp\/html\/200000538_en.html\" target=\"_blank\">Komura, Kentaro<\/a><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>This course examines various interpersonal relationships, focusing on their characteristics, their impact on individuals&#8217; social adjustment, and their effects on groups. Classes center on reading academic papers, through which students will learn theories of interpersonal relationships, advanced psychological research methods, statistical analysis techniques, and how to develop discussions based on findings. Literature will be selected from relatively recent papers, in both Japanese and English.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"name_box\">\n<h4>Family and Life course in Local community<span><a href=\"https:\/\/hue2.jm.hirosaki-u.ac.jp\/html\/99_en.html\" target=\"_blank\">Takase, Masahiro<\/a><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The life course approach is one of the sociological viewpoints that focuses on the relationship between social change and family \/ individual life.\u3000This lecture introduces the concepts of the life course approach and examples of research\uff0eAfter that, we will discuss the possibility of grasping the state of the local community through &#8220;the life courses of people in Aomori (or Tohoku)&#8221;.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"name_box\">\n<h4>Study of Educational practice in the Region<span><a href=\"https:\/\/hue2.jm.hirosaki-u.ac.jp\/html\/100000252_en.html\" target=\"_blank\">Kodama, Fumiaki<\/a><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>In this lecture, we will examine the historical transition of Place-based education (PBE) in Japan. We willdivide the history from 1945 to the present into three periods, and explore the characteristics and significance of PBL in each period. Then, consider what kind of community learning is required in the current social situation. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"name_box\">\n<h4>Sociology of Education in local community<span><a href=\"https:\/\/hue2.jm.hirosaki-u.ac.jp\/html\/181_en.html\" target=\"_blank\">Fukushima, Hirotoshi<\/a><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Based on the understanding of the relationship between educational practice and theory, we will structurally and analytically understand &#8220;education&#8221; from the perspective of pedagogy and sociology of education, and consider the ideal way of educational practice.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"name_box\">\n<h4>developmental care and support for social inclusion<span><a href=\"https:\/\/hue2.jm.hirosaki-u.ac.jp\/html\/141_en.html\" target=\"_blank\">Masuda, Takahito<\/a><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>As considering a community development, we must not ignore minorities that are difficult to express. It is important in community development to take in their opinions and\/or to include ideas on the premise that the society is diverse in the first place. This lecture focuses on young children with and without disabilities and discusses and lectures on inclusive education and developmental support from the perspective of clinical developmental psychology.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"name_box\">\n<h4>Regional Adult and Community Education<span><a href=\"https:\/\/hue2.jm.hirosaki-u.ac.jp\/html\/200001302_en.html\" target=\"_blank\">Koshimura, Yasuhide<\/a><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Focus is placed on how citizen\u2011led learning and practice can address regional issues and advance sustainable community development. Emphasis includes program planning and management in Kominkan (community learning centers) and other social education facilities, the organization of learning activities, and approaches to supporting citizen participation, examined from the perspectives of social education personnel and program studies.
